Were looking for a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant who knows their way around LinkedIn Sales Navigator and can help drive qualified leads into our clients pipeline. The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the marketing and sales team by managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, organizing prospect data, assisting with lead generation strategy, and conducting cold calls to engage potential B2B clients. You should have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential B2B clients, and a general understanding of digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists based on ideal client profiles
• Manage and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging)
• Conduct cold calls to prospects as part of lead generation and qualification efforts
• Track and organize leads using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Assist in creating LinkedIn content (posts, polls, engagement strategies)
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on campaign performance and lead hand-offs
• Monitor LinkedIn inboxes and follow up with prospects in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with light reporting and KPI tracking

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written); C1/C2 certification or time spent in an English-speaking country
• 1+ year experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B outreach
• Experience making cold calls and handling phone-based outreach professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRMs and LinkedIn automation tools is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage time well
• Bonus: Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, email marketing platforms, basic SEO knowledge)
• Remote-ready setup: reliable computer, dual monitors, smartphone, and stable internet
• A quiet, professional environment suitable for making outbound calls
• Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed
• Must submit a sample of written work in English as part of the resume submission

Shift:

8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Ecuador Time), Monday to Friday
